- We booked two different Trips with BKK tours. both of which were hosted by the wonderful Air, our first trip was a guided tour of Bangkok, taking in the royal palace, various temples and lunch all done via train, tuk tuk and a trip on the river.
Air was fantastic, her knowledge and attention to detail was amazing, we really felt like she made the tour, pointing out many things that we would have missed had we wandered on our own.
Our second tour was to Ayutthaya, again this was just a wonderful day which included a beautiful boat trip.
I could go on and on about both of these tours but to be honest, just book it and go, yes its a bit more pricey than some but worth every penny and by the end of the tours we really felt like we had been spoilt.
We were constantly offered cold drinks and ice cold flannel to cool us down
If I am lucky enough to return to Bangkok I would definitely book another tour with this company, you will not be disappointed.read moreread lessJulie C.28 Jun 2025 - BKK (Ms. Nee and Mr. S) made our tours in Thailand easy and enjoyable. The van we were picked up in far exceeded our expectations, with comfy captain’s chairs and plenty of room. Ms. Nes was quick to adapt our focus based on activities we liked, negotiated every transaction that required Thai language (even ordering) and answered tons of questions, from bird species names to dimensions and timelines. Given the humid and heat, the ease of the small van experience means we never had to get too hot. Every time we arrived back to the comfortably air conditioned van, Mr. S had cold water and cold washcloths for us. The sites we saw were so much more meaningful with our guide. Stories and symbols would have been a mystery without her. Strongly recommend this tour company and our guide and driver in particular.read moreread lessBethinsanantonio05 Jun 2025
- This was my second set of tours with BKK Tours. This time, we did the Historical Ayutthaya tour and the BKK City tour. Brought my parents and a friend. I can't underscore enough how accommodating and excellent they are. Michiel was prompt and patient as we were planning the tour. Air, our tour guide for both days (and my prior visit) was phenomenal. She paces the tour quite well to give you ample information but also time to enjoy your surroundings. We had a second guide as well, Ms Ploy, who was equally engaging and helpful. Tons of fun information, tiny details you'd otherwise miss, and lots of help as we navigated the various temples and boats. Prices are exceptionally fair and very good value. Highly, highly recommended!read moreread lessColin W.01 Jun 2025
- Dear Air,
I just wanted to say a big thank you for being such a great guide during my visit in March. Your professionalism, knowledge, and friendly attitude made the experience truly unforgettable.
I really appreciated how well you explained everything and how patient and helpful you were throughout the day. You made me feel welcome and helped me discover so much more than I expected.
Thanks again for everything – and if I ever come back, we’ll be sure to look for you!
All the best,
Marco

We decided that the best way to use this time would be to book a private tour and the reviews led us to BKK Tours. We are so glad that we did this - as Bangkok is huge. Our charming guide, Nes, showed us the highlights that included rides on a long-tail boat, tuk tuk, the Skytrain and the metro - all included in the price. After a tour of the canals we visited the flower and vegetable market, Wat Pho to see the reclining Buddha, and a walk through the bustling Chinatown. Nes was the perfect tour guide, pointing out things of interest, giving us some background information and happy to answer our questions. Thank you BKK and thank you Nes.read moreread lessirm t.06 May 2025

- Had the best experience on our tour. The transport was comfortable, lovely decor and cool, Nes was outstanding and gave us a detailed account of everything we asked about the culture and history of where we visited and Thailand. Recommend the railway, floating market and temple. We would recommend her and BKK Tours to anyone… nothing is too much or too little to ask.read moreread lessLorraine H.20 Apr 2025
